DORSET POLICE
The Ideal versus The Reality

If a person is the victim of a crime such as Car Theft, Fraud, Perjury etc. you would expect the Police and the CPS to protect and support the Victim, and to actively seek Justice against those responsible.

However if you are a Victim of crime or misconduct connected to the Police, Council or other authorities, you will receive NO SUPPORT except from other Victims.

THIS SITE IS FUNDED ON BEHALF OF THE VICTIMS OF THE DORSET AUTHORITIES. THIS SITE AND ITS DOMAINS ARE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES, SO THAT THEY HAVE A PLATFORM TO STATE WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO THEM. THIS SITE IS UPDATED ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND IS OWNED / MANAGED BY A GROUP OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE UK, AND NOT SUBJECT TO DRACONIAN UK COURTS. WE ARE NOW SPEAKING WITH VICTIMS, WITH A VIEW TO PUBLISHING THEIR CASES ON THIS SITE.WE CAN BE CONTACTED VIA THE MOBILE ON +44 (0)7956 374 927

WE BELIEVE THAT IT IS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST THAT THE FACTS ON THIS SITE ARE KNOWN BY THE RATE / TAX PAYING POPULATION OF DORSET, SO THAT THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT SERVICES THEY ARE RECEIVING FOR THEIR MONEY. FURTHERMORE THEY WILL KNOW WHAT THEY CAN EXPECT IF THEY HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND TRY TO DEAL WITH IT CORRECTLY IN A CIVILIZED SOCIETY, BY DIALOGUE WITH THE AUTHORITIES AND ELECTED MEMBERS WHO ARE THE CHECKS AND BALANCE IN OUR SOCIETY.

IT HAS BEEN SAID THAT EVERY PUBLIC INSTITUTION IN THE UK IS DISHONEST, CORRUPT, OR CONTROLLED BY FREEMASON'S, THIS WEBSITE WILL GIVE YOU AN INDICATION OF THE EXTENT OF THE PROBLEM, IN A COUNTRY THAT HOLDS ITSELF UP AS A PARAGON OF VIRTUE AROUND THE WORLD.

THE IDEAL:
The following has been extracted from the official  Dorset Police website:
“Throughout history policing has been most effective when the community and the police work together, helping each other to reduce crime and the fear of crime. We have set our operational priorities which have been based on today's risks and from what our communities have told us are areas of concern. Each year these priorities are reviewed and throughout the year leaders work to ensure the Force is focussed on them.”

Secure the trust and confidence of people in Dorset in their police force its crime reduction and criminal justice partners >
“Securing trust and confidence is critical to gaining community engagement in making Dorset Safer. This priority focuses on meeting the expectations of the community which are to be listened to, understood, informed, protected and safe. It aims to address individual and community needs and is measured through qualitative surveys assessing perceptions of crime and disorder and confidence in policing, satisfaction and fairness of service delivery. The priority complements the Policing Pledge and addresses communities being served by local neighbourhood policing, those who call for service and particularly those who are victimised or witnesses.”

Other operational priorities this year are to :

Reduce serious violent crime >
“This priority also emphasises the importance of managing prolific and priority offenders, reducing harm caused by drink and drugs as well as focusing on the criminal use of weapons including firearms.  It recognises the difference between private (domestic) and public violence and the different strategies and tactics required.”

Deal effectively with crime and anti-social behaviour most affecting local communities > ;
“We aim to achieve year on year reductions in those crimes that matter most.
We aim to improve confidence in dealing with the crime and anti-social behaviour that matters most to local people. The Force aims to be in the top quartile of forces and to support partnership targets.”

Protect vulnerable people and communities >
“This priority focuses on identifying and supporting those people and communities who are especially vulnerable and need particular protection.  In particular, this priority involves the risk management of victims and offenders related to missing persons, high level domestic violence, hate crime, honour based violence, rapes and child abuse.  Working with partners is a key area in this priority.”

Tackle serious and organised criminals >
“This priority focuses on tackling criminals engaging in serious and organised crime that causes or has the potential to cause significant harm.  The priority includes a requirement for collaborative working with other forces and agencies and identifies an emphasis on organised criminality relating to the supply of the problematic drugs market.”

Counter terrorism and domestic extremism >
“Enforcement: Maintain and enhance capability to support local, regional and national operations against terrorist networks.  Ensure that Dorset Police is capable of delivering an appropriate response to incidents committed by extremists (domestic and international).
Prevention: Work with partners and the community to develop resilience to extremism with a focus on Safer Neighbourhood Teams.

Intelligence: Develop intelligence to combat and prevent acts of terrorism/ domestic extremism or related criminal offences directed against individuals, organisations, premises or property, particularly where vulnerable.  Development of intelligence relating to extremists by maximising links with partners and in particular focus on the pre-cursor Olympic Sailing Events.

Communication: Development of internal mechanisms to enhance briefings/ information exchange with staff.  Strengthen information sharing arrangements with key partners and the community.”

Reduce road casualties >
“This priority focuses on reducing the number of people killed or seriously injured on our roads.  It has a particular emphasis on the education of road users.  Partnership takes place through the Dorset Strategic Road Safety Partnership (DSRSP).”

Bring offenders to justice >
“A Criminal Justice System (CJS) that puts victims at its heart and in which the public are confident and engaged will be one that is efficient and effective in bringing offences to justice through simple and efficient processes. This activity is supported by the agencies that comprise the Dorset CriminalJustice Board. Specific approaches will be followed to increase effectiveness and efficiency and reduce reoffending.
In addition, objectives are set to improve confidence, achieve fairness through monitoring disproportionality and increasing victim and witness satisfaction.  These are addressed within the overall priority to increase trust and confidence.”

Her Majesty's Courts Service  (HMCS)  http://www.hmcourts-service.info
Last Update - 15 September 2010

Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Their remit is to deliver justice effectively and efficiently to the public. They are responsible for managing the magistrates’ courts, the Crown Court, county courts, the High Court and Court of Appeal in England and Wales. However do not expect fair justice from them, they threaten people in the courts for being in contempt, if they insist they are being treated unfairly. The only contempt in many cases is the the contempt shown by the judge towards a victim.
This site contains a wide range of information including:

It is our policy to ensure that the major part of this site be available to the The Public so that they can see the truth!

This site is run and maintained by people outside the UK and outside the jurisdiction of the draconian UK Courts. No wonder there are so many cases in the European Court of Human Rights involving UK citizens, who have been treated appallingly by the UK Authorities.

We shall be publishing the stories of victims of the courts and the authorities on this site. The reason this site was launched is because the courts, UK proscecution service or any other bodies will not deal with police misconduct especially in Dorset, UK. For more information - See Below.
